Our Streamline Utility Bench (WB-UBS) is an economical and easy to use F.I.D. Bench that has multiple fixed adjustments for incline, decline and flat. Lighter than the Workbench F.I.D. Bench (WB-UB), yet Strong and stable, the WB-UBS is a great stand alone option for any home gym. The Streamline FID bench is a stand alone bench and  will not take additional accessories.
